Happy February!

I hope you all had a wonderful Valentine’s day with those you love! Mine turned out to be a bit stressful as Lailah had to have surgery unexpectedly.  As you can imagine I was a very worried Mom. Majick (my cat) didn’t seem to be fussed that she was gone from the house, in fact, I don’t think he even noticed she was missing until he got up for a snack. Typical Cat. However, I would like to note– I do think if she was gone for longer than a couple of days he would miss his sister…. maybe. Lol. Okay, perhaps I’m in denial. 😊 The good news is Lailah is recovering well and will be back to her old self soon.

Here is a picture of the squad helping me write. I don’t think I was technically invited to this team meeting but I showed up anyway. Haha.

In book news, I started the second round of edits on RING OF FIRE, and have put a lot of hours into building my new world for the next series. Think Hunger Games meets The Giver for this trilogy. I am so excited to start writing these. 😊

Okay guys I better get back to editing there is a lot to do, and I want to get this novel to you as soon as possible! I hope you all have a wonderful rest of your week!
