Hi Dear Friends,
I hope that you are all doing well.
I was shocked and saddened to hear of Robin Williams passing this week, as I am sure you all were.
He was one of the greats and one of my favorite actors. He had that special gift of humor. I am so glad he shared it with the world.
One of my favorite memories was of going to see Mrs. Doubtfire on my birthday. I remember laughing so hard I was crying. Birthdays just don’t get any better than that.
I filmed this video before Robin’s passing, but I feel it’s an appropriate topic. I mention how short one’s lifespan is and how we need to embrace the time that we have left.
We all have this idea that we are supposed to carry our baggage with us on our journey through life, but it doesn’t need to be this way.
I’ve included in this week’s blog the best ways I’ve found to let go of the heavy baggage that causes us so much grief.
Hold your loved ones a little closer this week dear ones, check on them, let them know you love them and are here for them.
What are your favorite ways of releasing your burdens? How do you lighten your load?
I would love to hear from you.
Sending you all my love,
Genevieve
I felt like you were talking to me! Holding onto extra stress and baggage is just *not* worth it, thanks for the reminder! *high five*
No problem Alex!
Great video Genevieve! Gratitude is so important!
Thanks Liana! I am so glad you enjoyed it!
